Myles Brennan still hasn't practiced, TJ Finley remains 1st team QB

LSU head coach Ed Orgeron said Wednesday that quarterback Myles Brennan has not practiced this week and that it’s unlikely he’ll play Saturday at Auburn.

“Myles Brennan has not practiced, yet, this week,” Orgeron said. “I don’t believe that he’s going to play but things could change toward the end of the week.

“Right now, we’re going with TJ (Finley) as our first team quarterback and Max (Johnson) will be our second.”

Orgeron said Monday that Brennan would return to practice in a limited capacity this week but that his status for Saturday’s game was still uncertain.

Brennan’s missed the last two weeks while he recovering from a lower body injury.
Finley started in place of Brennan this past Saturday and led LSU to a 52-24 win against South Carolina.
