Louisiana is bracing for Hurricane Zeta as the Category 2 storm, with top winds of 110 mph, takes aim at the Gulf Coast.
The National Hurricane Center said at 3 p.m. local time that it was expected to make landfall in southeastern Louisiana within the hour.
It's been a rough hurricane season for New Orleans: It's been in the warning areas of seven previous storm that veered east or west. This time, however, the city may not be as lucky.
“I don’t think we’re going to be as lucky with this one,” city emergency director Collin Arnold said.
