CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Three young children and four adults were taken to hospitals after a rollover crash Monday on Lake Shore Drive.
They were all inside a southbound Dodge that flipped onto its side after being struck by a truck near North Avenue, Chicago police said in a statement.

Police said the Dodge struck another car as it flipped over. But that car, and the truck that struck the Dodge, kept on driving without stopping, police said.
Three children — ages 1, 2 and 4 — were taken to Lurie Children’s Hospital, while four adults taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, officials said. A fire department spokesman said one person refused treatment.
