It was a quick trek back to 1984 for this weekend's Saturday Morning Flashback. One of the most exciting years for music with career-changing records from Bruce Springsteen and Prince. Tina Turner took a smoother soulful groove to the top of the charts.
Apple introduced us to the Macintosh computer with a dramatic commercial during the Super Bowl. Michael Jackson's hair caught fire during the making of a Pepsi commercial. The Chicago Bulls drafted Michael Jordan, who would go on to be Rookie of the Year. And the Chicago Cubs collapsed in San Diego in the divisional playoffs.
